Buddha Mosaic

Even though sometimes its not always possible, I always try to go big or go home. This mosaic is no exception.

So far, this is the largest portrait I have ever built, and it will forever be a thank you gift to my mom.

She has championed and supported me with school, relationship problems, and most importantly, my passions.

Life is never a straight line, and she understood that when I went through different phases and interests.

But no matter what I was into at the time, she always had my back and I always had her support.

When I started getting serious about building Lego for a living, I’ve never seen her so ecstatic about my creative potential.

She had a painting of Buddha that she wanted to downsize, and I proposed that I could make her a smaller version of that painting.

That mosaic is still hanging on her living room wall to this day.

Her endless support for what I do will always push me forward to become a better artist. I couldn’t me more grateful to have a mother that cheers me on the way she does!
